Support; it means different things to different people. To you, it means someone looking after you, sheltering you, protecting you.
To us, it means being there to help you with whatever you need, when you need it. Whether that is creating an email account for a new starter, logging in remotely and putting your emails on a new computer, updating your plugins to keep your site running smoothly or helping you integrate new functionality.
We don’t do support tickets; you won’t find one here. What we do is phone calls, WhatsApps, emails or Zooms. However you want to communicate, it’s fine by us.

Looking after your domain names, making sure everything is registered, and nothing gets missed. Updating your plugins and WordPress themes to keep your site running smoothly. Dealing with issues like spam and crawlers when they decide to try to cause havoc on your site.
Updates and additions, adding new functionality like events widgets, subscription plugins or wholesale options. From one dedicated hour a month every month to half a day just when you need it, it doesn’t matter, as long as it suits you. Scheduled monthly maintenance packages that include updates and tweaks, or ‘can you just’ services when you want something added or removed.
We can help you set up shopping feeds, mailing lists, even Google My Business accounts and Merchant Centre submissions. We have helped clients integrate into new systems to help them manage contacts and bookings, and reviewed compliance scans to satisfy payment gateway security.
Basically, if it’s connected to your website, hosting or digital marketing, we will support you. And on the off chance we can’t fix it, we will put you in touch with someone who can. Our external team includes Microsoft specialists and tech gurus. It doesn’t even matter if we didn’t build your website. We support clients that built their own sites or had one built by someone else who doesn’t provide support. We love WordPress, but we can help with Shopify, EKM and Wix too.
